I was shown these a couple of years by a local tackle shop, after I complained about some snaps I'd been using...and have been using them ever since...I use nothing else for my spinning gear terminal end...the smaller of the two for my boat stuff w/ 20# braid, the larger for the surf big sticks and heavier line...they're VERY strong, and unlike conventional snaps, will NOT open, and, most importantly, are easier to pop quickley on to the lure, with just a little practice, depending on your digtal dexderity level ...ONLY glitch is, with split rings..if you use them ahead of your lure...these snaps are a real pain in the #*! to attach to splits...the only negative...
