Clouser Minnow - A classic fly with a wide variety of species to it's credit. Many anglers start with a Clouser as their searching pattern.
Clouser Minnow Recipe -
Hook: Gamakatsu SC15 Size 2-1/0
Thread: Clear Mono or White Thread
Wing: Bucktail White Belly and any color for the topping
Flash: Any flash you desire
Eyes: Lead Eyes or any desired style dumbell eyes heavy enough to turn the hook upside down in the water once tied with hair. |
