Plasti-Dip Thinner is used to thin any type of Plasti-Dip product and can be used with Softex sparingly. This is essential to get the glue used in the small applicator bottles to work how Steve Farrar describes. He puts a small amount of thinner in the applicator bottle to keep the Plasti-Dip adhesive flowing though the small needle at the end of the bottle and to also extend the shelf life of the glue when it will sit for extended amounts of time.
