a thin layer of underarmor or wet suit liner will help you stay warmer , but even that will not help as water starts dipping lower in temp .
i use to use a 3 ml suit up until dec 15th at montauk when i was mucjh younger and stupid ( remember a guy asking if i was ok, as i lay on the rocky beach cupping the family jewels that felt like a horse kicked em they were so cold
)
i'am now donning a 7mm neoprene dry suit (toasty)
keep em warm you'll be lost without" em !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
