7 to 12" is a good length for your teasers. Too long will definetly foul your main lure. You do get some twists but that is mainly from how you store your teasers. If you keep them straight in your tackle box they'll be fine. The problem stems from keeping them individually packaged then the line memory is twisted from the start. Hope that helps you. |
