One of my favorites that I use is my Batson 1088 with a
Spheros 8000.Balances awesome and can handle almost anything.Its my most used setup.Not the ideal setup for fishing places like the Drive,that's what the glas Lami and 706 are for.
One rod I've become very fond of over the past three seasons are Quarrow's surf rods.I have the 10fter with manual 704 hung on it.The quality to price ratio makes it one of the best rods out there IMO.
