I have heard the Upper Bay is doing it's normal early September routine, i.e. bluefish in all the normal locations. Don't be afraid to go up into the Providence River if you want bluefish.
Maybe we might just need some consistent weather to solidify the action. Big
whitewater is forecast for the next few days, maybe that'll get the fish going.
