Ok...i looked at the reel you said but it says holds 275ft of 20lb line or 285ft of 15 lb line or 350ft of 12lb line wich the top line there is well 10 through 30 pounds off what im looking at. It may be incorect info or something though i dont know it was just someone on Ebay so not a great reference lol.
Though i found something that shows the type of rod i wanted i think. Link below. Its the lsize i was looking for but it says allot of things i have no clue about lol so i need help :P. Basicly i dont know if that is something that would work for casting off shore (riverside in my case) or not. Id look at straight backend over curved though...
Penn seems to have almost everything i need...but unfortunatly its all way out of my price range lol. Dident think id be spending more money on a rod and reel than i did on my new video card on my computer....
So far actualy i found allot on ebay on the Special Senator Rods that are fairly good price...50-100$ even in good condition so thats better than the 1k $ i was looking at at first lol...But i dont know if these things are realy capable of what i need wich is as said before casting being everyone here keeps saying there all for trolling not casting....
Still not sure on reels though either because the same anser as with the rod from people i ask around here

One thing i just read is saposably the Special Senator is saposed to be lighter than most others of its kind. But could be just something to get them sold i dont know....
