Also, the Spring and Fall Surfcasting Club Challenges are always fun times. Have to be in a club to compete in these. The spring one is put on by RISAA, and I believe the fall tourney is run by Weekapaug Surfcasters.
I would like to point out (in the spirit of competition) that Newport County Saltwater Fishing Club will once again be putting the hurt down on all other Fishing Clubs in the Surf Challenge while we defend our title. That is all.
