50 degrees. I would say is when the migration gets going. Fish can be caught year round of course, so I would guess that most of what is caught at the usual spots during the early season are holdovers that have dumped out of a nearby estuary. Or have traveled a short distance in search of food. I don't think its fair to say they are fresh arrivals. Sure there are fish arriving places where there havent been fish all winter, but I don't think they are true migratory fish.
