After a storm here in NJ there are some options but they are limited weed can be be a big problem here as it makes a productive presentation difficult.Dirty water doesn't help either.As we get more runoff then u guys do.
In ur area u still have big water an area's that will be fishable..

Outflows after a high rain in fall where the bait gets flushed can be very good.I wish I could have seen that presentation as I am not generally a fan of after storm conditions.I need to be convinced
