Thanks for the info.
I have been surfcasting for the last 5 years. I have all the typical surfcasting gear, waders, korkers, 7-11 ft rods etc. I won't have a ton of time to really pound the beaches so I won't be able to travel too far from the falmouth area. I probably will only have one night and one early morning to wader up and fish my tail off. The rest of the time I will be able to take some casts while strolling on the beach type of scenario. I'm meeting up with a friend of mine from high school, he doesn't really fish that, he wants to learn though, and our girlfriends will be there as well, so unforntunately it isn't a pure fishing trip for me.
Also was wandering what Tackle shops in the area are good. By good I mean carry surfcasting gear and are willing to treat a non-local like another human being!
Thanks again. |
