Yes and No, but Yes more then no. I have seen some cows taken with 4" swim baits, smaller poppers, and 6"
sluggos. I definately believe its a lot to do with right place right time as mentioned above. No fish big or small will pass up an easy meal when hungry especially when theres not a lot of work involved. But then again a smaller fish is more likely to ignore or just mess with a large bait so it gives that bait a longer soak time and more possibility for the fat lazy cow to spot it and inhale it.
