Default Redington Experience

I have built numerous rods from Redington blanks, mostly 8 and 9 wgts. I did break the tip off of one of the 8 wgts on my first cast while bonefishing. I was pissed, but they totally took care of me once I got back. All you need to do is prove it is a Redington blank and they will send you a new blank to replace your rod. I ended up sending back the entire rod so that they could match the butt section with a new blank tip.

Highly recommend these guys, I think Sage bought them out recently...???

And rod building is not that hard to do, get the book by Louis Garcia "Handcrafting a Graphite Fly Rod" it has everything you need to know.
