What I did catch, a 3.5 foot Dogfish shark, made me think of the amazing species of fish found in our local waters. I know someone recently caught a nice size sea robin, which makes me wonder why a sea robin barks but a dogfish doesn't.
Interesting trivia, did you know a female dogfish can take up to 20 years to reach full-grown 3-4 feet? What other interesting fish have you caught in our local waters?
