No, truthfully I wanted the night bite to fish the eels and love to throw the big plugs at first light so that is a great time frame when I can manage it. As usual for me the plugs outfished the eels but yet I keep spending the $18 on a dozen eels. Maybe I'm a better plug fisherman than a bait fisherman but man eels are supposed to be pretty dummy proof. I mean if I was getting fish to eat them and dropping them that is one thing but I only got 2 fish to touch those slimy critters for all that trolling. Deep, shallow, slow, even slower, real real slow didn't matter very little love.
