Saw incredible numbers of silversides today too a little further South with something fast munching them.

Might be a little rough for the yak where we were though, at least with today's breeze. Nearly took waves over the gunnel in the big Regulator and even had a one peek over the bow. In the end the sea and the bonito were regulated whether they liked it or not.

We ate well tonight. Turned the boat into a meat wagon. As usual, those fish like it rough.

We were spinning but we saw some fly rodders really putting on a solid display of fish spotting, predicting, and boat handling in some really challenging conditions. Got to respect guys who won't put down the fly rod even in the nastiest seas and wind and still manage to hook up...
