Let's break this into 3 categories:

What is your favorite Budget, Mid-Range, and Luxury Fly Reel? Let's say for a 9wt?

Budget = < $250
Mid-Range = $250 - $450
Luxury = $450 - Diamond Plated C-Vex or Pacific
