Check out the SWS76MHF as well, same ratings as the rod capecodkid mentioned but a much softer tip.
Consider the Fin-nor Ahabs as well, the 20 in particular. The big drag on those reels will hold up to many repeated tuna. Very reasonable price for gear that can handle big school tuna more then once and at least as tough, drag wise, as all the top reels.
If you go
VS, go right to the 275. I find the 250 to be a little slow for easily working topwaters and also when you miss your target it's much easier to get your line back in and back into the frenzy.
