 Does striper fishing get hot again?
It is early September, and the striper fishing has been pretty slow the last few weeks. Is there a time that should be ggod before its over? I just started last year, and I was so bad last year, so don't know if this month, next month, or even any of November is the better time to go? And should I be upper bay, lower bay, out front?
