This has been a ruff issue the past few weeks... It's frustrating to do a good job and then have a customer disappointed in the end when a package takes too long to get there. I think we can make a strong case for UPS based on the positive effects of the level of service/speed of delivery. That only leaves two issues:
-how do we reward the $100+ order w/o giving away the farm?
-what options exist to save money in shipping for smaller orders (it stinks to order VMCs & split
rings and get whacked for $6.49)
