I know many anglers that keep and eat Bluefish. I have eaten smoked bluefish and thought it tasted pretty good. And, what fisherman would turn down a nice duel with a monster blue? (unless your using 10# tess and your favortie plug... ;->)
Perhaps these fishermen where too lazy to discard the heads after cleaning/bleeding them?? We got to let the crabs eat too.... |
