Angry Saturday's beach report

Well, I thought the stars were going to align. High tide at dawn, overcast and a SW wind. Started the day at 5 Am in the Watch hill area. Not a fish, and nobody else was catching either. Ended up cruising the beaches all the way to Point Judith. Some Albies busting on the point of the jetty. Saw one flyfisherman hook up in a Jones Bros. boat. That was the only Albie I saw caught. Went back tot he beach and the fog rolled in heavy. Perfect. Not one bass broke the surface. Packed it in at 6 PM as it's along ride back to PA.
Guess the water's got to cool down a bit.
