There are many very good surfcasting sites that have auctions of Hab's lures with the benfits going to the Hab's family directly. This should be your first avenue to purchase hab's. I am not sure if I should post the sites names here due to respect for SWE and there forum site, but they are some pretty well known sites.
I think it is degrading that people are selling Hab's on ebay and making 400% or $80 profit on his plugs. John was a great man who gave this sport everything, please give to his family rather than the guy trying to make a quick $100 bucks on his untimely passing.
I still fish my Hab's and will continue to do so as that is what John would have wanted.
