[E-Z MURF]

I just thought I'd mention that there is a new floating dumbell eye made from foam available from Rainy's. Some of you might be asking, why a floating dumbell eye (Boobie Eye)?

I used to make my own out of 1/8", 3/16" and 14" cylindrical foam. I have been using this type of eye for years on my deer hair flies to really make them float or I should say float up under water column, over structure and rocks. I use a 400-500 grain line to get the fly down and it tends to float up during the pause creating a tantilizing action. It will also push water when fished on an intermediate line over flats or in the surf.
