U have to have the rubber soled boots.Some of the new type breathable waders have a very light thin felt sole u might puncture them thru.simms rubber soles are pretty substaintial.they will take em no problem.I would go size 12 x 3/8.
The other link has spikes that u can use on korkers.With backing nuts..
