The King Cobra is basically a sandeel imitation. On a sandy bottom let it sit right on the sand and twitch it making a puff of sand ....this is what happens when a sandeel tries to hide from a striper.....and the linesiders key in on this. If you are fishing over a rocky bottom , use a moderate retrieve and use your rod to make it dart around . When targeting albies and bonito of course, a fast retrieve is what they like. |
