Anyone who knows me will tell you that I never, ever use Internet talksites as a platform to promote my products or business as a whole. My reason for taking exception to my own rule (at least this one time ) is to simply say that I'm highly impressed with the SWE and how they have grown (as a team) to bring their shop to the level that it's at. For many of us here on Long Island, the SWE has virtually put Rhode Island "on the map". From Craig Cantelmo ( VS), to Bobby Glouder (Beachmaster) to Zeno Hromin...each one of these guy's told me over a year ago that I would be impressed with the SWE & ya know what...they were right!

Much like todays "high-end" plug builders, I too put my heart & soul into what I do. I "burn the midnight oil" 7 days per week by taking care of everything from the books to the actual gear building...and believe me, there's alot in between that has to be done! Most of what I build is sold thru retail tackle shops or online stores & I don't throw caution to the wind when choosing which shops I ask to represent my products. As far as the SWE goes, I couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide to you (their customer) and would like to thank them for adding Hunter to the fine list of other manufacturers they also represent.

In an effort to head-off the "plug bag availability questions", I'd like to take this opportunity to save the SWE the trouble of answering their customers individually by letting everyone know that no new orders are being taken at this time. My goal this year is to split my time between (1) filling all pending orders for those fisherman who have been extremely patient and understanding of the fact that the bags are of high-quality, but take alot of time to build and (2) present an initial line of gear that is of basic "old school design" and of equal quality to the bags. Once I'm caught up on all pending bag orders and I'm able to maintain a steady flow of gear to the shops as they request it, the plug bags will once again become available along with the next phase of gear slated for this Fall. Last, I'm really looking forward to attending the RISAA Show, but I do regret to inform anyone that's interested in seeing all 5 plug bag models that I'm only bringing 1 up for show purposes. Bringing the full line up would serve as an injustice at this point in time, as "breaking down" and accepting just one more order would put the light just that much further from the end of the tunnel. Estimated date for accepting new orders is targeted to be on or around August 1st 2008

Once again...thank you SWE, as well as all those who continue to support Hunter's products. Please remember to visit our booth (#202 I think ) at the RISAA Show April 4 - 6th. Our entire new line of gear will be on display & available for purchase thru the SWE (while supplies last).
