Be careful in a strong outgoing tide and southeast wind, that's when the biggest swells tend to form. There's also one very large rock a couple of hundred yards out the breachway and to the east, that is barely submerged. You'll see waves start to break over it when waves are big enough. Do not turn around once you get to the mouth of the breachway. I have my boat on the pond, and love how close it is to a lot of very productive spots.
