 fishing permit
Does this Permit make it so that if you are from Middletown, and decide to go fishing in a Newport residential area only, it is okay to park there then? I have always heard people talking about getting this permit, but I didn't really understand why. I was just curious if this would make some fishing spots that you need a Newport sticker, available to Middletown`rs. Thanks for the help! |
