I agree 100%.

With my bad knees and shoulder I don't do much rock hopping and heavy surf anymore so I'm using reels like my new Stradic FI and older Spheros reels exclusively and the BackCountry is the only line I will use.Those two reel models handle that line so well.

Steve and Eelman turned me on to it also after reading a thread about it on S-B a couple years back.
