And on the topic of the MS tourney, has it ever been suggested that the fall tournament be open to all state waters like the spring one? The spring tournament is just more enjoyable for that reason, there's not five casters at every spot from Narragansett to Watch Hill.

Thanks Brendan. Now we just have to figure out how to win the fall tournament... That continues to be a tough one to crack. Fishing non-home waters while all the other clubs fish home territory definitely ups the challenge a bit.
There's rumor of at least having weigh stations up this way and with gas prices the way they are likely to be in the fall it would be great to be able to fish our home territory and not have to travel so far and throw tokens at the bridges with each crossing.
Were you fishing for RISAA or Narragansett Surfcasters?
