Have had a couple of bluefish/bass lately that are filled to the their limit with silversides. I only know this from the shaking before they are released, when they come flying out their mouth.
Have been keeping an eye on lots of bird activity locally that has been consistent for the past week or so at first light and again towards evening. Underneath have been mainly small blues/bass mixed with a few keeper bass to 15 pounds. They are all after the large numbers of Silversides. Caught a larger bluefish of 8-10lbs that coughed up a Porgy close to 9 inches. |
