Well after one of the best spring runs in history as far ase size and quantity goes, all is quiet on the bass front, some small fish being taken but nothing of size. There have been big schools of cownose rays cruising the beaches giving guys some action. There have also been some spanish mackerel caught from the beach. Save some fish for me i'll be up there saturday

I put back a near 30# fish tonight at the spot of your big fish last fall. If there's some whitewater it should continue to be good. There's more then enough bait to keep the fish here.

Rob got a bass in the 20 pound range and another in the mid 30's last night.

Same spot as me and the same lure as your big fish there. Tattoo Deep Swimmers in that spot seem to work.

Fall has begun.

I might get blown off the water Sunday so if I'm not in the boat Sunday I'll be joining you in the surf Saturday night.
