When are the keepers arriving?

I am considering going to NJ for a weekend to do some striper fishing, but want to know when to expect keepers to be there, somewhere around the middle of the state, also....where should I be heqaded too around the middle of the stat? Anyone that can give me some insight would be great.

OK....I am from Rhode Island, and not familiar with the area! Can you point me to an area for say... weekend of March 22nd? I that too early to fish in New Jersey for Keepers?

in the back bays no ,they are there now, as for out front mid april the bite will start to warm up
