Default December fishing in NJ ?

I am going to New Jersey from Dec. 27, till the 1st. Going to be around the middle of the state, south of Frrehold, in Jackson. Do not mind driving an hour or so if need be, but was wondering since it has been so warm this year, is there any bass fishing there this time of the year? If so, could you tell me where? Thanks foe any info.

Default Still fish

I was out all last night, and caught a buncha stripers. There are still plenty of bass in NJ, although i havent caught anything big in a few weeks. If you want to fish open beach, Island beach state park is a good bet. Small bombers and metal lips have been the ticket.

Great!!! Thanks for the response. Where exactly is that beach? I am going to be sort of central, south of Freehold, but can drive some distance.

Do you have Google Earth? If so, can you just give me the North West location? Do you know how? You just go to the place on Google Earth, and just zoom into the fishing area, and put your pointer on the area, and see the readings at bottom of the Google box. You will notice, everytime you move the arrow pointer the littlest bit the numbers move also. Not asking you to spot burn, just maybe the best you can do with the area, seeing I am not familiar to the arae. Going to see in laws, so would love to get away from them to fish. If I catch anything, I will take a picture of it and post it on this site. Thanks for any and all help, past, and future. Merry Xmas.
