Left Swansea at 0600 Ark Bait right out front ! 4-5 good sized schools of bunker with one boat hanging on each Ark made only one set ! but several boats pulled along side as if it was a drive through taking bait !! one was a charter no doubt way to support the fishery! snaged 10 got one keeper 30in cut him loose moved over to the kiki bunker all in there, follow the osprey! no fish pushing them. 1 1\2 later moved to stonebridge (old Railroad bridge) 2nd pass with live bunker 8oz sinker in a 3 way Paydirt 40in 30lb Bass if it wasnt for the headshakes i thought i had bottom no other fish back in the driveway by 1pm

Nice fish. I can't even get into the 20's. LOL Started striper fishing, hell, all fishing, last July. My goal for this year is hopefully a 25 pounder. I would love to catch one of those biggies.

My best so far this year is a 12-15lber.My best ever is 26lbs.Trust me it ain't from lack of trying or not putting in enough time cuz I do both in abundance.I seem to have this curse when hooking up with 30lb+ fish,everything from getting into pots/docks,straightening out 6x VMCs,rod/reel breaking to the ever frustrating situation of reaching down to grab the fish only to have the plug come flying out of its mouth.

Someday.
