Default weekend carve

fooled around with this over the weekend, haven't painted him yet but I'm going with the eel scheme like the one that I did above, he's 8" and currently 1.6 oz....I'm hoping to keep it around 2-2.2 with weight added, just put a coat of enviro so I can swim him an a couple of days, I think a coat of enviro between the base and final will really give it a lot of depth in the final coloration, also decided to fill the void inside the plug (1/4" x 8" from drilling) to try to get it under the surface with minimum weight added and then water proof epoxied all openings so there's no trapped air inside the plug..I'm hoping just one weight placed midsection to get it down...we'll see.........

Nothing like hand carved one of a kind plugs. I hope the swim tests go well for you.
