Default some new old copys..slopehead

3.8 ozs...a-40 lip...though it was maple, but its basswood, going to try heavy maple so it will swim deep, basswood floats like a cork

still playing with the weight/wood type...basswood floats it looks (swims)good but only dives a foot or so.

Nice! That's a style I am suprised more current builder don't re-visit. I started back swimming deep divers in b'ways this year. It's tough to throw old Pichney Conrads and Lupo deep divers, but that's all I can get to work correctly.

Troublemaker has been playing with a making deep diver Danny for the breachways. It swims very well and runs DEEP. It's made of maple or something else a bit heavier I think.

Question new member

I was at the msba expo in foxboro today. I was looking for a book on plug making and someone suggested I try a forum like this.Please if any one knows of a detailedPlug building book or plans, a name and where I could find it would make my day.
