A hearty SWE welcome to Rich Karpowicz owner and builder of the high quality PlugCaster line of lures!

Rich sent us a demo plug last year (a 9" Pencil in Bunker like the one pictured here) that found it's way into my bag. Not long after his plugs found a home on our shelves. Rich's skill in assembling extends beyond plugs, as he's put together a pro staff that includes some of the best fishermen on the striper coast. There's are a lot of exciting new PlugCaster products beginning to come down the pipe with the newly introduced CanalCaster, DartCaster and RockCaster lures, along with a sweet 5" pencil I saw for the first time just recently that's got me all excited.

Hopefully Rich will be able to use this forum to keep us up to speed on all his new developments, while getting feedback from the people using his products.

Thanks for the kind words in reference to the Pro Staff. It is a pleasure to be associated with Rich and Plugcasters lures. I would to say that Riches commitment to prefection is second to none.
