Default Thanks Swe

Thanks for having this forum. It made this summer much less frustrating than the last few as I learned so much from the threads; both my own and others. It is great to have such a great staff who will answer any question truthfully. Fly-fishing the salt is an adventure, but I managed to land, and lose, many fish. Had a handful of keepers, many blues, and even an albie. As a teacher, school has started up and I have one more weekend of the fall run. Many thanks until next year!

I'll second that! Still learning, but am gaining thanks to this board.

Btuff-I too have limited opportunities (work, kids, soccer games...) that's why night-time trips work best for me. I don't recover as quickly as I used to, but the results have made it worthwhile.

We're glad you guys enjoy it. To date it's been a good informative forum without the BS and attitudes that dominate some of the big name forums. As long as it stays active and in use it'll certainly be here.

For a long time we didn't have a forum because while looking at other shops that had forums the overwhelming impression was an un-used forum which reflected badly on the shop.

Fortunately this one usually stays fairly active and has a friendly crowd, although it does have it's quiet stretches such as this one where there haven't been too many posts, which makes me nervous...

There are quite a few accomplished fisherman on this board. The quality of many posts is there although the quantity can be larger... There are a lot of viewers at least...

It is VERY frustrating how many viewers there are relative to how few actually post.

To some degree I can't be too surprised as we keep the fishing report here.

But it would be great to see the flow of information go both ways more often...
