| 4 bluefish heads were left at one of breachways' parking lot Friday morning. Imagine how disgusting the scene was... Everybody who saw it were very anygry and upset. I heard even fishermen fishing at one of fishing piers condemned it that morning. If I remember and guess right, 3 or 4 guys who caught the blues at the jetty just before the daybreak most likely did that before rushing to one of Walls for Albies. | I've heard a lot of hatfull things regarding blues recently. This time of year the people complaining get even louder. It's usually the fall crowd that comes out early on a saturday morning expecting the sea to be blitzing with trophy bass not really the rhody nighttime regulars. I'm not a huge fan of the fish but they serve their purpose out there in the wild. Ask a new england shark or tuna fisherman what there bait of choice is. There presence in large numbers this time of year can draw these large pelegics close to the beach and that is certainly nothing to complain about. All these of blues can surely drive a bass fisherman crazy but that's no reason to kill them for no reason but anger. It's simple, if you don't want to catch blues, stop casting to an area full of them. Move on to another place. There are plenty of bass around elsewhere. |

| The blue haters are kinda funny. They are usually the people chasing the birds and casting at them knowing full well that mostly blues will be caught, and then in turn when they catch the blues they get pissed go figure. Owell Lets go Yankees |

| I know many anglers that keep and eat Bluefish. I have eaten smoked bluefish and thought it tasted pretty good. And, what fisherman would turn down a nice duel with a monster blue? (unless your using 10# tess and your favortie plug... ;->) Perhaps these fishermen where too lazy to discard the heads after cleaning/bleeding them?? We got to let the crabs eat too.... |

| Those 3 or 4 guys kept the main body of those bluefish and left the heads in the middle of the parking lot. Birds came to feed but they can not take the whole thing, so they dragged the heads around... How could people be happy to see this no matter they looked for a parking spot or not? No respect to other people and the environment (not mentioning fish) ! |
