tackle bag stolen rebuilding advice

had all my lures etc stolen. so could use some advice on rebuilding lure selection for western connecticut long island sound shorebound casting. using 2 loomis surf rods 3/8- 1 1/2oz and 1/2 - 3oz

fishing mostly night and dusk/dawn. like to cover a lot of water so casting distance is helpful on some lures.
