Question Mr Wiggly

Anybody use these successfully? I hardly ever see them mentioned. Thanks.

Thumbs up

Great plugs in both sizes. They've accounted for some larger specimins for myself. They work well in fast and slow water.

I'd recommend them to anyone.

I've had some limited experience with them. Don't seem to catch any better than a jointed bomber in my experience and the lexan lip is not very durable. I broke the lips off both that I had in only a couple of trips. Tony will send you new lips if you email him but the ones he sends never fit right and you need to do some drilling to get them to fit right.

Great plug. I put 4/o vmc on the large one and 2/0's. Tough to find a finish type bait as small as the small wiggly that will swim right with 2/0's. They swim down a bit which is nice. I have the small one in solid yellow in my bag on just about every trip. As for the lips I have not broke one yet but have heard of it happening. There were a few available recently with metal lips. I got one but didn't catch on it so I swore off the metal lip.

Ahhhhh, the "capitolismization" of The Far East....................

Ain't the Global Economy grand???

When is someone gonna make them compete on a fair playing field?
Either that, or lower yer stinkin' prices. The labor $$$ and benefits that you aren't paying your employees should be reflected in the wholesale/retail sticker,eh?

Chaps me bum that Zebco sent VS to China, yet refuses to come down in their prices. A year or so is okay, after that..................it's VS for everyone at half the price, NO?? My only hope is that sum enterprising young Chinamen will market the knock-offs soon and force a price change on Big Conglommos like Zebco who could give a rat's arse whether the average schmoes like me can afford their reeeels, or not!!

Carry on, gents! Yes Pete, that touches a nerve with me too!
I do hope that the Stetzko's make a bundle though, if the inevitable must transpire.

I didn't mean China.

I just meant that they won't be made anymore.
