ADVICE making eel tube trap PVC

any advice on making, placing and baiting an eel tube trap out of pvc pipe would be much appreciated. gonna sling eels this year! local shop has live ones, but wanna try traping myself first. oh and any back yard aquarium advice for live storage, or is that just gonna be a maintanance hassle??
