Default which loomis for eels and live bait

which loomis rod for eels and live bait? not sure if i need the 1-5 oz or 2-8 thinking of trying conventional too perhaps abu chrome rocket. i'm new to eelin so kinda clueless... help a brother out.

already have a loomis surf 1/2-1 1/2 and the 1 1/2-3 8'10"

I think you'd definitely want the 10'6" 1 to 5 ounce model for eels. Anything less is a little too light for big eels. Depending on what the live bait is you might even need the 2 to 8, but the 2 to 8 is a little stiff for eels.
