You show me how it's done first Scott. I like to use the heads to fish.
Funny,,, first year I started fishing, I cut the heads off, and threw them in the water, and cut the body into chucnks and fished with that. Now I fish the heads... And I used to wonder why I did not catch anything that first year. Because I was an idiot, feeding them the heads first.

I have not dined on pogy heads...yet...but after a long day of cod fishing in Maine w/college buddies years ago and after many beers consumed I did eat more than my share of cod eyeballs on the return trip as a result of foolish bravado, I hear they pack a lot of protein...oh, and in similar condition I dove off a boat in Newport harbor into a school of baitfish and surfaced with one in my mouth..hmmm...that was cool..I'd bite a pogy head if it guaranteed me a big bass...

Well!!!! Thank you very much!!! I am truly honored and shocked!!!
I really want to thank everyone for their gracious votes.

As I already stated,,,, just being nominated was fantastic, and a great honor. I also mentioned that I was having thoughts that I was getting the sympathy vote because of my situation with my father and wanted to offer the plug to "Puppet" who was in a close 2nd place. Then I was asured by 3 people that that was not the case on their part anyway, and then someone also pointed out to me that, by not accepting the plug, I was insulting those people who did vote for me, which is the last think I want to do!!! So,,, not sure what is the proper thing to do??? I guess I will graciously except for the moment anyway, and figure what to do later. Open for anyone remarks on this.
Not sure if I should use it, or hang it out of the striper I am having mounted? LOL Anyway,,, I will come by Chris, there are a few things I want to pick up anyway. Thanks
