nofish, I haven't used the wobble heads with hogs yet but I've used them with the hogy and sluggos. The hogies are a bit pricier but the action is no comparison. The hogy moves much sexier

nofish, I didnt really design my smaller eel to be put on the wobblehead. Guys have been doing it, and have ben having success, but my eels are really true jerk baits. try sticking 2 large sluggo weights in the head of the eel and 2 in the belly and retrieve with random twitches.... if there is a bass around, they will destroy it.

My 12 " eels are meant to be used on a wobble head, and of course I cant control what guys do with them, but heres a nice fish caught by using it as a jerk bait- (just 2 single hooks) she measured in @ 53"

I've been using your original sized 'Hog with the wobblehead with good success as you may have read on John's board. They really are meant to go together. You and Joe should sell these things as a package. They really go that well together.

hey bass wipe- let me clarify- they do go well, it just wasnt my original intention... Im glad your doing swell with them

theres really no wrong way to fish any of these soft plastic baits.. The bass are the ones that will tell you what they want.

Eben, that's a nice pic. Something I'd like to see on my end of the line. I'll hook up with these surf hogs yet though and then it'll be all worthwhile as that's how I envisioned fishing with them.
