Default Best Spinning Reel Model by Price Range

What's your 'ideal' saltwater spinning reel in the following price ranges:

1) Bargain
2) Mid Range
3) If Price Wasn't an Issue

I use 706's.I have a VS.to hard to turn the handle once it gets below 70 degrees.I know guys will say u have to maintain em an thats a PIA.but i really don't do much of anything to em.Maybe rinse by putting it the rod holder when it rains.Maybe once a yr. break em down an clean em up.I do maintain the drags.I don't regularly swim with em in NJ but i will make several trips a yr when they get submerged. If money was no object a VS would probably be my reel. But I am cheap.

I tend not to buy much "bargain" priced stuff as it usually tends to disappoint.
And right now a VS or Saltiga is out my budgetary limitations so I can't comment on the highend reels.

With that being said the Shimano Spheros is a fanastically great spinning reel for the price. Its no VS for sure but if you pay attention to it it'll take care of you.

Of course Penn 700 series reels have to be mentioned.

Shimano Spheros and or the Baitrunner are excellent reels for the dough. However, with a different budget I'm seeing a nice new Golden VS275 on my rod.

Bargain: Abu Garcia Series 800 bar none!

Mid: Stella 5000FA or 4000FA if you can find one...

Top Tier: VS or ZB all the way
