Changes...

You'll begin to notice some new features/changes to the website... Today we rolled out a new homepage complete w/ a random image javascript that means each time you refresh the page you'll get to see some of the SWE classic images.

Changes to the site (new buying guides, reviews, content, photos, video, and LOTS of new products) should begin to take place more rapidly now that we're nearing the end of synching our inventory. There was no easy way to make the inventory live on the web, and while it may never be a 100% we're fulfilling a higher percentage of items than ever before. On top of that we're able to forecast better and that means more of the products you want in stock more of the time. Bear with us as we continue to improve and please don't hesitate to let us know if there's something we can change to make your experience here better.

I like the look of the new site but it will take a couple of visits to get familiar with where things are. Now if we can get some new customs in the store (i.e.BM Dannys) I'll be even happier. BTW Just a suggestion...Can you remove items in the store that are no longer available (i.e. Troublemakers)?

Good suggestion on the troublemakers... Sometimes we leave the customs because people like to see pictures of the hard to find plugs (beachmaster, etc.) I think we might put some text on the page to that effect, or look for another way to showcase these images.

Also, some have commented on the difficulty of finding things on the new homepage. We know this will take some getting used to but rest assured that all the links are there. Many of the forums threads are listed on the bottom of the page (used to be on the right) we found this gives more room for threads w/ long titles. The content links (salty forums, youtube videos, etc. can be found on the left hand nav under "Content Links"

I like having the TM pictures there. If you're going to remove them I'd like to ask for a set of them. Thanks, Mike
